Prime location on the London commuter belt
Salamisso Developments completed a small residential development in a quiet, tree-lined cul-de-sac next to Fleet train station and its commuter train service to London. This was a highly successful development, with all units sold off-plan prior to completion on site.
This development was arranged around a central landscaped courtyard and all of which were architecturally designed to maximise space and natural light.
The houses were finished to a high standard with contemporary lighting, bespoke kitchens, luxury bathrooms, and modern finishes. The exterior of the dwellings feature a high-quality brick finish and energy-efficient glazing.
Though smaller than developments we usually complete, we were attracted to its prime location next to a main commuter artery.
