Tramyard Exchange, 27 Carman’s Hall, Dublin 8
Combining the new and the old
Tramyard Exchange is a new apartment development on a prominent corner site at the entrance to Meath Street in Dublin – one of the oldest parts of Dublin, mere minutes’ walk from the city centre.
There are 12 units located across three upper floors, comprising six one-bed apartments with 570 sq ft of space, and six spacious two-bed apartments with 958 sq ft.
The development’s design marries modern contemporary internal and external finishes with traditional building styles. The apartment communal areas feature contemporary lighting fixtures and furniture designed by artist Trevor Sweeney.
The first phase of the project included half of the ground-floor retail unit that would be completed in phase 2.
