Fiona Bready (FCCA), has over 25 years of experience in public practice, with extensive expertise in the construction sector. Her professional background spans many specialised areas, and since joining the Group in May 2021, she has played a pivotal role in group restructuring initiatives, financial governance, and strategic business planning. As Group Finance Director, she oversees financial performance, compliance, and reporting across the organisation, ensuring strong financial control and alignment with long term corporate objectives.
Joe McWilliams has over 30 years experience of commercial lending at Director level across several leading financial institutions. Joe brings deep industry knowledge and has a wide network of contacts across Irish Lenders and UK institutions. He has the responsibility within the Salamisso Group of managing the significant level of banking relationships, across multiple lenders.
Sophia Gilmer holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from TUD, and is currently pursuing professional accounting qualifications. As a Junior Accountant at Salamisso Developments, she plays a key role in supporting the finance team across various projects and accounts, contributing to the financial management and reporting essential to the company’s property development activities.
Damien Bready, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), has over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, with a strong focus in industry management, specialising in financial management, accounts and financial forecasting.
Ciara qualified as an accounts technician (ATI) in 2012, and completed an honours degree in accounting and finance in 2025. She is responsible for managing the accounts, payments, and compliance alongside the rest of the accounting team, and assists anyone on any project whenever needed.
Declan is a Senior Architect based in Dublin with over a decade of professional experience in architectural practice, having worked in the field since 2012. He brings strong expertise across the full project lifecycle, from early concept design and planning through to detailed delivery and on-site coordination. In his role, Declan works closely with project design teams, and internal group teams to ensure design quality, technical excellence, and the successful delivery of high-quality developments.
David is a Senior Architect with extensive experience delivering complex projects across multiple sectors. Based in Dublin, he plays a key role in helping lead design coordination, managing consultant teams, and guiding projects from planning through to construction. With a strong focus on buildability, compliance, and design integrity, David works closely with development and construction teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, to a high standard, and in line with commercial and programme objectives.
Megan Gilmer has over five years of experience in digital marketing, events management, and project management across multiple industries. At Salamisso Developments, Megan oversees marketing and communications alongside her responsibilities in office administration and technology systems management. Megan also coordinates key projects, ensuring efficient operations and cohesive internal and external communications.
Daniel is a Property Manager responsible for the day-to-day management of Salamisso Group’s property assets. His role includes overseeing property operations, managing occupier and tenant relationships, coordinating service providers and maintenance works, and ensuring compliance with lease and regulatory requirements.
Gavin Fogarty focuses on facilities management at Salamisso Developments. He is responsible for overseeing the management and functionality of various properties and supports the company’s ability to deliver reliable and efficient services across its portfolio.
Oladipupo is a Property Management Assistant supporting the day-to-day management of the property portfolio. He assists with tenant communications, coordinating maintenance requests, maintaining property records, and supporting compliance and reporting requirements. Through strong organisation and attention to detail, Oladipupo helps ensure the smooth operation of managed properties.
