Our Story
Since 2010, Salamisso Developments has actively worked in Ireland and the UK to develop residential and mixed-use properties.
Our business was borne from the former development company, Gilmer Properties. Through hard work and attention to detail, we’ve successfully carried out numerous urban regeneration schemes in Dublin City Centre, positively contributing to the revitalisation of historic inner-city neighbourhoods.
Over time, we continued to expand, eventually working on a wide variety of project types, including community shopping centres, healthcare facilities, and luxury residential developments. With more than 40 years of combined real estate experience, our founders have worked in residential, commercial, healthcare, and retail development. Salamisso Developments engages a host of leading industry consultants. We have strong pipelines of development across various property sectors.

+ Frank Gilmer
PRINCIPAL
Frank Gilmer is the founder and principal of Salamisso Developments. He is an experienced property developer, having spent nearly 40 years in the industry. Frank has worked across all aspects of residential, commercial, and investment property development.
+ Declan Gardiner
COMPANY DIRECTOR
Declan is Salamisso's Company Director. He joined the Board of Salamisso in 2020 to oversee legal and corporate governance. He has been a practising solicitor for over 30 years, specialising in both residential and commercial property.
+ Shane Gaynor
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Shane is our Operations Director. He oversees daily operations management. He has a decade of property finance experience, as well as a Property Economics degree and an MSc in Strategic Management.
+ Fiona Bready (FCCA, BBS)
FINANCE DIRECTOR
Fiona, our Finance Director, is a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants. Over the last 18 years, she has worked in public practice and has a wealth of knowledge and experience across various corporate sectors, particularly construction. She specialises in corporate finance and corporate secretarial mattters.
+ Isabella Gilmer
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Isabella looks after our administration and marketing needs. She obtained a BA in Social Science from Maynooth University in 2020, and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from The National College of Ireland.
